Jami’s professional career spans a 25+ year time frame where she has successfully employed her knowledge and talent toward improving organizational efficiencies. She has worked in a series of client engagements offering expertise in organizational structures and foundations, business process design and documentation, gap analysis, document management, change management, leadership advancement, performance and project management, technical writing, software/system application documentation and instructional design and development.

Jami’s vast understanding of people and processes has made her a valued and highly coveted resource in supporting the needs of small, mid‐level and large private sector client accounts while also addressing the complex needs of public sector patrons from State of Missouri to Federal Emergency Management Agency, USDA, US Department of Labor and Department of Veteran’s Affairs.

Utilizing LEAN process theories and a variety of relevant tools, Jami can quickly discern a business culture, understand the goals or assist teams in defining them, create relevant gap analysis, suggest tactical solutions and provide excellent project management practices to implement the defined change or solution. Her distinct ability to incorporate self directed accountability into a process and help teams embrace change sets her apart. Jami has completed over 100 organizational practice structure, process and change management projects in industries such as telecommunications, healthcare and insurance management as well as various government agencies, each coming in on time and within budget.

Certifications
In 2005, Jami joined the Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac Entrepreneurialtraining team and became a Certified Business Coach. As a coach Jami assisted more than 100 small business entrepreneurs, assisting them in the development of business ideas and growth strategies. During her work with Kauffman, she co‐authored a chapter of the Growth Venture Curriculum on Business Operations.
