Our Role | Facilitate professional development strategies for two cohorts of 24 Regional Managers, Vice-Presidents, Project Executives, Directors, Corporate Counsel, and Field Operations Managers in areas of leadership.

Bellewether was engaged to identify specific training interventions and to deliver content with structured learning opportunities to expand participant exposure to topics supportive of organizational objectives.

All customized modules included tools, strategies and other resources that tied directly to actionable performance goals and enabled ease of measurement in addition to better leadership practices.
