Initiative | Leadership Development Improvement Project
The Goals | Support the Construction Group (comprised of eight companies), that are part of a large innovative corporation in the construction industry. Our goal was simply to back the parent company in developing content and delivering training and facilitation services for a newly launched Employee Resource Group made up of women from the various construction firms.
Our Role | To provide constructive information and learning opportunities that increase confidence and exposure while simultaneously creating connections among approximately 30 select women working in offices across the country. The aim is to expand their knowledge of strategies and techniques to develop professionally while working in predominately male offices within a male-dominated industry.
