The Goals | Support one of the largest privately-held construction firms in the development of smaller MBE/WBE subcontractors.
Our Role | To plan and execute strategies that enable a select number of smaller firms in locations across the country to expand their internal operations and capabilities so as to participate on sizable projects while reducing risk and increasing value to the General Contractor. Capability, Capacity, Availability, Scale, Scope, Quality and Cost are structural elements that act as feeders to our work in the construction space. To date over 450 companies in 12 cities have been trained and given tools to develop and grow.
