The Goals | Increase knowledge, strategies and techniques to transform the organization and transition its management into skilled leaders, capable of meeting complex patient needs and regulatory requirements while hitting key performance metrics that move the organization forward.
Our Role | Prepare 30 members of Executive and Senior Leadership to transition the organization into position to expand services, innovate effectively, thwart competition, manage margin and to direct and engage all operations and support staff toward mission critical patient care.
Initiative 2 – Restructure the Training and Development Department responsible for supporting approximately 600 employees, including all activities related to departmental research, gap analysis, skill inventories, evaluation of technologies and so on for meeting all regulatory requirements as well as non-regulatory needs.
